Advanced subscription allows admins to create more users in the company, and change their roles and permissions if necessary. Let's see how it works on ivia:
Users tab is designed to create new profiles. Here you can also deactivate users if anyone leaves your company.
Roles & Permissions tab allows you to regulate the functionality and access your users might have. You can always create new group of permissions (roles) and choose which tabs will be visible for your employees.
Service teams tab is something you can use for your internal convenience. If you need to separate your teams, customers, particular types of loads to track them individually - this feature will help you a lot.
When your employee is going to build a new load, it will be automatically assigned to his/her service team. To change it:
While load is being built, just go to Create new shipment > Fill in fill shipment details > Shipment details page. You will be able to modify it on there.
While load is already active, just go to Active Shipments tab > Open the load details > Edit > Shipment details page.
Now, when you are working on Active shipments tab, you can also filter loads by service team and pay attention only to those loads, which fall under your area of responsibility.
