Our Load Board can be used by both brokers and carriers. Just open the tab you need:

Trying to find a load?

When a shipment is posted by any broker on ivia, it appears on the Load Board:

ivia Load Board has 3 tabs:

  • Unquoted - All available shipments you can bid on and try winning.

  • Quoted - All the bids you've placed. 🧠 While a shipment is still under bid, you can always go to this tab and communicate with the broker via chat.

  • My Quote History - All loads you have quoted will move and remain in this tab for 7 days after its expiration on the Load Board.

Feel free to look for loads you are interested in by using our filters:

  • Ref number

  • Vehicle Type

  • Customer

  • Origin location

  • Destination state

  • Search radius for Origin

There are also the categories you can click on to show the most urgent loads on top. For example, you can click Load Offer Expires in and you will see all the RFQs that are about to expire on top.

Email notifications for new shipments

Set custom email notifications for new unquoted shipments on load board - by Origin, Destination, Customer and Vehicle type.

No chances to miss a cool load now!

Simply choose specific filters for your needs, press "Set Notifications", and every time the needed load appears on the Load Board you'll get an email notification.

❗Change previously set notifications from "Manage notifications" menu.

Edit details, turn on/off the notification or completely delete it if you don't need it anymore. Neat, right? 🤩

Submit your quotes

To the right of each shipment, there are options to provide a quote or decline if you're not interested.

Click the Submit quote button to see the shipment details and provide your quote to the customer.

There are several required fields:

  • Quote Price - The total amount for transportation services.

  • Miles Out - How far the truck is from PU location.

  • Time to PU - How much time you need to get your driver to the PU. 🧠 ivia calculates time to pick up automatically, but you can always change it if you need more or less time.

There are also the optional fields:

  • Comments - If you feel like there is something broker should know.

  • Vehicle details - Type, dims and additional parameters on your truck.

As soon as you submit a quote, the RFQ will move to Quoted sub-tab from Unquoted.

You will be able to read the messages from broker and review your bid on that tab.
🧠 You can communicate with broker even before your option is submitted on Unquoted sub-tab. Just click Start Chat before you send the price to broker.

❗Some brokers may post their shipments with their target price, so you can win the load right away if you like the pricing, just press "Book Now" button.

You still can submit your own quotes by inputting appropriate fields.

After Award

When a shipment is awarded to you, the following things happen:

  1. The shipment appears in your Uncovered Shipments list. Please read these articles to learn how to use our tracking system and how to handle an active shipment.

  2. You receive a confirmation email (the address can be changed in your Notification settings)

  3. The shipment appears in your Quote History as won, and you can view it from there as well.

What if I cannot find my submitted quote?

There are 2 variants of the life cycle of each quote.

  1. You submit the option to broker - RFQ moves to Quoted sub-tab - Broker likes your option and awards the bid to you - the RFQ turns into a shipment and moves to the Uncovered Shipments tab.

2. You submit an option to the broker - RFQ is sitting on Quoted sub-tab - Load expires or gets awarded to another company - RFQ moves to My Quote History with the lost tag.
